Acceptable Use

Acceptable Use Policy

This policy explains the uses that are not allowed when creating videos with aibabyvideogen.

Last updated: August 27, 2026

Pornographic, NSFW, or sexual content

Do not upload, request, or generate pornographic, nude, explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative, fetish, or other NSFW content.

Violence and graphic harm

Do not create graphic violence, gore, torture, self-harm, credible threats, or content that celebrates or instructs serious physical harm.

Hate, harassment, and abuse

Do not create hateful, dehumanizing, harassing, bullying, or abusive material targeting a person or protected group.

Child safety

Any sexualized, exploitative, abusive, humiliating, or otherwise unsafe content involving a baby, child, or minor is strictly prohibited. Suspected child sexual abuse material may be preserved and reported as required by law.

Permission and privacy

Upload only photos, videos, prompts, music, and other materials that you own or have permission to use.

For any child photo, you must be the parent, guardian, or otherwise have clear permission to use the image for AI video generation.

No deepfakes, deception, or impersonation

Do not request face swaps, identity manipulation, or deceptive deepfakes, and do not use generated videos to impersonate a person, deceive others about real events, harass anyone, or cause harm.

Do not present a generated video as authentic footage of a person performing an action when that would mislead others.

Copyright and trademarks

Do not upload or request content that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual property. Do not remove ownership marks or use protected characters, logos, or media without authorization.

How safety checks work

Non-empty text prompts are checked against our current policy rules and an automated prompt safety service before a generation task is created. Uploaded baby photos are checked by an automated image safety service before credits are charged or video generation begins.

These automated pre-generation checks reduce risk but cannot identify every violation. Users remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated results before downloading, sharing, or publishing them.

Report a safety issue

Email support@aibabyvideogen.com and include the generation number, a short description of the concern, and how you are authorized to make the report. Do not email passwords, payment-card data, or unnecessary copies of a child's image.

We review reports using the available account, task, and safety metadata, may request limited additional information, and document the resulting decision. Where appropriate, we may block a request, remove stored media, restrict access, preserve evidence, or report unlawful material.

Enforcement

Requests rejected before generation do not create an AI task and do not consume generation credits. Repeated or serious violations may result in removal of stored media, restricted product access, or account action.

We periodically review prohibited prompt patterns and provider policy changes so that pre-generation controls remain aligned with this policy.
