You must own or have permission to upload every photo, motion video, prompt, or other input you provide.

Do not upload images of a child unless you are the parent, guardian, or otherwise have permission to use that image for AI video generation.

You may not upload or generate illegal, exploitative, sexual, hateful, violent, abusive, infringing, or otherwise unsafe content.

We may reject, fail, remove, or block generation tasks that appear to violate these terms, platform policy, payment partner requirements, or applicable law.

Our Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms and describes prohibited uses in more detail.

AI-generated videos can be inaccurate, imperfect, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing the output before sharing or publishing it.

Do not represent generated content in a misleading way or use it to harass, deceive, exploit, or harm another person.

You must preserve appropriate AI-generated disclosures when sharing a result and comply with the rules of the platform where you publish it.

AI Baby Video Gen is an independent product. It uses Kie.ai to access Kling Motion Control for video generation from authorized inputs. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Kie.ai, Kling, or their respective owners.

Generation depends on third-party AI, storage, authentication, and network services. The service may fail, be delayed, or be unavailable at times.

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features as needed to operate the product safely.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or uninterrupted and error-free operation.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or unexpected. We do not guarantee any particular result, quality, accuracy, or fitness for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing output and deciding whether and how to use or share it.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Baby Video Gen and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the service or generated output. Our total aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure. If you believe your account was used without permission, contact support promptly.
