Credits already used for a completed generation are generally not refundable, because generation consumes third-party AI resources.

Eligible failed generations return credits according to the failure and refund rules in effect at that time.

Policy violations, unsafe uploads, or unsupported inputs may be rejected before generation and may not qualify for payment refunds.

Refunds may be denied for abuse, fraudulent use, chargeback abuse, or attempts to generate prohibited content.
